I hold a Bachelor's Degree focused in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Filamer Christian University. I am an experienced Administrative Assistant at the same time an Assistant Secretary and a volunteer at YWCA of the Philippines, an International Non-Government Organization working for the empowerment, leadership and rights of women, young women and girls.

With moreover 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative both Email/Chat Support and call handling.

I have also been an active kitchen staff volunteer focused in baking and pastries while I was in College. I had 3 months of formal training in baking specializing in Banquets and Catering at Enderun Colleges one of the most highly-respected Culinary Institutes in the Philippines.
