Hi, my name is Rizelyn Servano, but you can call me Yen. I’m 26 years old and proudly from Bacolod City, Philippines.
Outside of work, I’m a devoted mom to two amazing children. I have a passion for cooking and baking it's my favorite way to unwind and show love to my family.
Professionally, I bring nearly six years of experience in the outsourcing industry. I started my career as a call center agent, where I spent three years handling inbound customer service calls. In 2019, I transitioned into the virtual assistant space. I began as an appointment setter, moved into cold calling, and later took on a more comprehensive role as an administrative assistant for a property management firm.
Most recently, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a tree company. My responsibilities included setting and canceling appointments, handling customer complaints, managing calendars, and working hand in hand with the arborist and field workers to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.
With my background in customer service, administrative support, and team coordination, I’m confident that I can be a valuable addition to your team. I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and always open to learning and growth.
