I currently work as an IT Assistant for almost two years now. But our property is currently closed due to pandemic. Mostly, I do technical support for employees, guests, and members in the property. I'm in charge of troubleshooting network problems, and I handle checking/maintaining servers and other IT equipment, including PC, POS, CCTV, telephones, Wi-Fi, etc.
