To be honest, I’m just starting in this field of doing home-based jobs, but I’m fully equipped, motivated, and always thirsty to learn new things and bigger opportunities.

Let me tell a bit more about myself:

I’m a Dad of 3 kids, a husband to my lovely wife, an elder brother to my sister, and a grateful son.

My work experience is mainly doing customer service; I’ve been with two BPO companies so far. First is with SPI Global for a CCTV company based in Canada doing customer service and inbound sales for 6 months. It was just a seasonal account so I just used that to gain experience but the campaign is just available for a short period of time so I have no choice but to look for other companies to work for.

2 days after I got laid off, I immediately applied to Sykes Asia Inc.

I was hired as a Technical Support representative (Voiced) for SONY USA handling all of their Video products such as (Android TVs, Smart TV’s and Blu-ray players.) I enjoyed the account a lot since I am a technical person and good with resolving issues with electronics and gadgets so it took no time for me to get the hang of the job and became good at it.

After almost a year, I was promoted to become an SME/Mentor and was assigned to train our new hires that lasted for about 3 months while waiting for my pending application as a trainer to the same account.

Then suddenly, a manager from the Social Media team reached out to me to be a part of the department.

I was promoted as a Social Media Technical Support/Moderator that manages the account’s Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Community, and various Store platform of the account.

Providing Technical assistance and presales inquiries to the customers all over the world through Social media is a satisfying job for me because I’m able to reach a wider scope as technical support and learn new things like sending emails, answering the community as a moderator, handling store platforms like Bestbuy, Amazon, Walmart, PC Richards, etc. I also learned new tools such a CRM, Salesforce, Citrix, and Price Spider.

Now I’ve decided to test my skills doing Home-based jobs so that I can always spend time with my kids and give them a better future at the same time. I believe that I can take any jobs related to my skills and I’m always up for learning new things if given the chance. I’m also watching tutorials and articles about various Home-based jobs so I would be fully equipped if you hire me.
