I am an account specialist who ensures customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service. I was one of the best employees who deliver results and exceeds company's expectation for almost two years. I handled irate customers who were trying to cancel their accounts, cursing and so frustrated about different circumstances and willing to disconnect their services from my client however, I always convince them to keep it by showing sincere empathy, solving their billing and technical issues, providing perks and benefits most especially to long time customers to ensure customer loyalty and maintaining good performance metrics. I always seek to enhance my skills and abilities by challenging myself in every task given. I am a team player and I inspire my colleagues to give their best performance. Last summer, I participated in the US Summer Work and Travel to broaden my knowledge through cultural exposure to different states. I worked at a restaurant for three months where I demonstrated my managerial skills, hard work and dedicated for both self-growth and company’s development. I am goal-oriented, and I do not give up easily, I have a strong personality to treat each failure as an inspiration and do whatever it takes to transcend. At school, I joined the student council and genuinely served my co-students by conducting big events, workshops and seminars. Extending my open arms is overwhelming in linking both students and the school administration through collaborative effort. I am responsible, and I have the passion for excellence. I was able to manage my time wisely balancing both academics and my extra-curricular activities.
