I have (6) years of experience in the BPO Industry. As an experienced and dedicated customer service representative, it helped me enormously in gaining and developing my skills in the customer service field like Answering incoming calls, responding to customers’ emails; researching, identifying, and resolving customer complaints using applicable software; Recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls; Complete call logs and reports and other duties as assigned. 

Throughout my career in the BPO industry, I've also learned to deal with different clients. Americans, Australians, British, Chinese, Indian, and Canadian. And have acquired a strong sense of communication skills provided that their accent differs from mine.

Also, I can do Administrative tasks like Internet Research and Data Entry using Google Docs and Spreadsheets. Additional skill is basic editing of photos and videos with the use of Adobe Lightroom, Canva, and other editing apps.
