I had a five-year career at sea, including 10 months as a Floor Supervisor and four years as a Hotel Stewardess. During the pandemic, while waiting for the cruise industry to resume operations, I worked at Optum as a Customer Service Advocate for eight months. I enjoyed my time there and even received recognition for my performance.
Throughout my cruise ship career, I was nominated three times for Team Member of the Month and won the award once. Before working onboard, I gained experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, working as a Customer Service Representative for one year and seven months and as a Technical Support Representative for one year and two months. Additionally, I have two years
of experience as a Data Entry Specialist and Telephone Market Researcher.
I am now living in Bali, Indonesia, with my husband, and I aspire to build a career that allows me to work from home while staying close to my family.
