I am a results-driven IT professional with over 10 years of experience in system administration, cloud technologies, and technical support. I have a strong background in managing both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructures, with hands-on expertise in Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud services like AWS.

From 2014 to 2016, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Info Service, where I managed Microsoft Exchange Server, deployed and maintained Windows Server environments, and administered Office 365 for over 1,200 users. I also participated in backup and disaster recovery planning, contributing to a 99.9% system uptime.

From 2016 to 2018, I served as a Technical Support Engineer at HCL Technologies, focusing on Active Directory user management, print server administration, and network device monitoring.

From 2018 to 2021, I worked as a System Engineer at Numerator India, where I managed virtual environments on VMware ESXi 6, configured SQL Servers, and handled system monitoring and updates.

From 2021 to 2022, I held the role of Senior System Administrator at Wovv Technologies (Numerator), where I transitioned into cloud technologies. My responsibilities included server management, application deployment for internal tools like WovvRA and WovvIPS, and Active Directory administration.

From 2022 to 2023, I worked as a Senior System Administrator at Svaapta IT Solutions (Numerator). Here, I focused on AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, and CloudWatch, while continuing hands-on work with Windows Server and Linux server environments.
