I am a PMP Certified Project Manager.

And, a dynamic, logical thinking, performance-driven IT professional with 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, and Business Analyst. My overall experience is in agile methodology and, I worked on 360-degree aspects of a project from start to finish. I would assist/coach the team to understand the Agile, would set up the process, and streamline the overall process. I started as a developer and then moved to BA, Scrum Master/Product Owner, and Project Manager, so I have a thorough understanding of the IT ecosystem. I handle the requirements from elicitation to freeze, gaining client consent before building backlogs, developing Epic Stories, allocating them to developers, validating developed requirements with actual requirements using test cases. Presenting the customer with a demo, and implementing Retrospective feedback. Act on items identified in retrospectives. Implement process improvements in future sprints for continuous improvement. Conducting daily standup meetings to keep track of progress and identify any roadblocks. I have the experience to handle remote large teams

I plan, execute, designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, oversee projects, and am often the first point of contact for any issues that may arise throughout this process. I've set up a new team from the ground up and mentored them on the Process/Agile.
