Raising Tickets : When users encounter problems or have requests, they can raise a ticket to report the
issue or make the request.
Ticket Handling : Once a ticket is assigned to a system engineer, they are responsible for analysing the
problem and taking appropriate steps to resolve it. If a ticket cannot be resolved within the defined
timeframe ,the system engineer should escalate it to the appropriate team for further investigation.
