Induction & New Hire Orientation of new joinees. Hiring out of multiple locations – Ad and Vendor venues, Campuses, Job Fairs, across sites / COEs (Centres of Excellence).  SPOC (Single Point of Contact) from Central Human Resources for ‘Genworth’ and ‘GE Insurance Solutions’ COEs.  Responsible for managing, delivering and reporting ‘Required vs Delivered’ numbers for ‘Genworth’ and ‘GE Insurance Solutions’ in the ‘Daily Hiring Tracker’ to leadership, within the specified TAT. SPOC for the Voice Trainee Program from Central Human Resources, induction of Voice Trainees, coordination with Training for the same, conducting pre and post placement sessions. Overall responsibility of 100 % placement of Voice Accepts graduating from the Voice Trainee (VT) pool into Voice based processes and Voice Rejects into non voice processes.   QUALITY, AUDITS, OPERATIONS SUPPORT:    Monthly Quality check of all Departments for a minimum of four properties at Neemrana Group.  Collation of feedback and sharing with the Chairman, CEO, CFO and Hotel manager/GM. Coaching the Property Heads and respective Managers to implement necessary SOPs and changes. Follow up to check progress.  On the panel for Classification of Properties, to ensure all parameters of SOPs are met and classification awarded by the Ministry of Tourism.  Duty Manager shifts twice a month for Ananda in the Himalayas to check operational SOPs being met and Guest satisfaction check.  Demonstrate a results-driven approach throughout all activity, benchmarking performance against retention and engagement KPIs and reporting results back to key business stakeholders  HR, Training and Centre Audits for Pearson Education. (West & South India)  Training Audits and Certification for Trainers for various clients. GUEST & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT:  Owned the process of collating Guest Feedback on Tripadvisor, through email, comment cards, personal interaction and escalations. Sharing with all stakeholders, mapping solutions, responses and follow up with respective properties for both Ananda & Neemrana.  Single point of Contact for high priority guests to ensure a seamless experience whether weddings, pre-wedding shoots, movie and music video shoots.  Driving a Customer/Guest Centric approach in all organisations associated with, and experience of managing multiple stakeholders and complex priorities in both luxury and non-luxury segments.  Building relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, technology and business intelligence, to help drive continuous improvement and a better experience for customers/guests.  Adopted a customer lifecycle approach to communications, using insight to target messages that proactively mitigate churn and drive usage at key moments of truth in the customer journey.
