as employee #4 and became responsible for the following.
SMB Sales
Metric: Consistently hit monthly goals for new customers
Responsible for full cycle sales: prospecting -> product demos -> POCs
-> closing of individual, SMB and SME accounts.
Closed deals with leading Canadian credit unions and
investment dealers
Conducted dozens of webinars with hundreds of attendees
Customer Success
Metric: Consistently kept revenue retention above 97%
Responsible growing accounts and finding expansion opportunities
Lead on-boarding, ongoing engagement and training programs to
drive initial demonstrated value, increase adoption and utilization

Prioritized, planned and executed numerous outbound and inbound
sales and marketing strategies via email, LinkedIn, phone and more.
Customer Support
Metric: Consistently kept customer churn below 3%
Responded to hundreds of technical inquires and solved customer
problems vis email, chat, video calls and phone calls
Created a database/course of product video tutorials
Outlined product feature enhancement opportunities for the product

RELEVENT EXPERIENCE
CO-OWNER AT FIVE DOLLAR WINDOWS,-
Co-founded a residential and commercial window cleaning company to
assist with education expenses. I hired three employees in the first year.
I personally designed the website, logo, and other promotional
materials.
PARTICIPATED AT GLOBAL STARTUP YOUTH, 2013
I was 1 of 250 applicants worldwide selected to travel to Malaysia (all
expenses paid) to assist local start-up enthusiasts to create companies
to come up with solutions to the country’s unique and other worldwide
problems.
VOLUNTEERING
PROAID AFTRICA PROJECTS, 2011
I travelled to Ghana, Africa with only my younger sister. Together we
spent 3 months teaching English, constructing schools and volunteering
in orphanages in various remote villages.
Leading up to our departure we were able to assist in the founding of
PROaid Africa Projects. An NGO created to continue to offer support in
the areas we visited.
