My name is Riley and for the past 3 years I have been leading the customer facing roles at a Canadian fintech SaaS startup called Snap Projections. As employee #4 I had responsibilities in several areas of the business including sales, customer success and operations.
By trade I am an accountant & CPA, but I have a passion for technology, innovation and helping people solve their problems. My training as a CPA taught me gave me the framework for solving complex problems. I have a wealth of experience in sales, developing on-boarding processes and managing multiple accounts.
At Snap Projections I developed the sales process and cadence that enabled Snap projections to grow the customer base by more than 10x.
For the past three years I have worked remotely and I am familiar with the various tools virtual teams use to communicate effectively. I'm a self-starter and enjoy working with customers in person, over video or over phone. Customers view me as a partner, strategic advisor, and advocate.
