My name is Rikka Zarah A. Quiestas and I've been with Hubstaff for almost a year now. I've been in Customer Service for nearly 8 years before I decided to become a freelancer. I became a multi-tasking expert because of my customer service experiences. My first job at the BPO industry is a Technical Support Representative for Dish at EPLDT Ventus. I troubleshoot their signal problems and other technical issue. I became one of their best agents. Second job was at WNS Philippines and the account is T Mobile UK. We focused mainly on the customer's concern with their handsets and internet. I attended their Young Leadership Development Program seminar since I have high metrics and was one of the best agents. Last job was at IBM (now Concentrix) and the account is Xerox NA and we handle business customers like schools, law firms, universities who has Xerox machine. I also have knowledge in ECommerce tasks. I answered customers emails, with different types of concerns, but mainly are those who are asking for the status of their orders, asking for refund/replacement and other general enquiries. I'm also an order fulfillment expert from Shopify, Dropified and Aliexpress. I talked with different suppliers and vendors regarding the customer's order/s. I use different kinds of websites to track the customer's orders. I also have knowledge in Freshdesk because we answered emails from there.
