I have worked in a fast food chains and undergone various training which enhanced my skills in providing quality customer service.

I have more than 3 years experience working in BPO companies with customer service roles. I have experiences in handling credit card application as one of my key role as a customer service representative. Aside from application, I also deal with identifying fraudulent activity on the account, payments, and billing statements issues. I have one year experience in skip-tracing for collections account. Aside from handling calls, I do data entry and some research tasks. My experiences helped me improve my communication skills and hone my organizational skills. As a detail oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I am available and ready to work anytime.
