I'm Rick Rocky Tarcena. I have a background in Hospitality Management from EARIST Cavite, and over the past few years, I’ve built solid experience in customer service and client relations. Most recently, I worked at TaskUs from June 2022 to February 2025, where I handled voice, chat, and email support. I helped customers resolve issues, managed their accounts, and made personalized product recommendations.
Before that, I was also a CSR for SLK Global / Coforge, and earlier worked as a Credit/Account Officer at Norkis Financials, where I gained hands-on experience in credit investigation and loan processing. My early roles as a head waiter and service crew in the hospitality industry gave me a strong foundation in customer interaction and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
I’m known for being a team player, having strong communication skills, and being able to work with minimal supervision. I'm passionate about helping people and making sure they have a positive experience, and I’m now looking for a role where I can continue to grow and bring value to a new team."
