I have worked as a General VA for a Real Estate company based in Houston TX for over a year and handled various responsibilities like managing the team's attendance, SMS and phone support, email management along with many other administrative works.

I was later on tasked as a recruitment specialist and helped in hiring the best talents out there for the organization. I have also managed the company's as well as the owner's social media accounts and made sure I engaged in the brand's followers and provided quality content for them.

Prior to working in a home-based set up,

I have worked with Citigroup for 9 years and has been assigned in the Mortgage Department. I have handled and resolved issues for customers earning their loyalty to the company being a Customer Service Associate and received numerous recognition awards. I have also been assigned as a Loss Mitigation Officer to assist delinquent customers catch up with their payments by providing them with payment assistance plans. I also did collections for mortgage payments and helped the company generate revenue by increasing the amount of paying customers. I have done skip tracing also which is mainly locating customers and finding their updated contact information.

I am also experienced in sales as I have been a Sales Representative for infomercials and catalog sales for 3 years.
