My name is Richelei Keith Bangayan, a dynamic individual driven by purpose, integrity, and continuous growth. With a diverse background that spans from law, advocacy, sports, and business, I’ve shaped myself into someone who thrives in service, discipline, and meaningful work.
My early exposure to law began during my internship as a paralegal, where I assisted in legal research by identifying relevant Philippine laws and jurisprudence to support active cases. This experience taught me how to navigate legal frameworks, pay attention to detail, and approach problems with analytical precision—skills that have proven invaluable even beyond the legal field.
Fueled by a sense of justice, I am also an active participant in an anti-corruption campaign, where I work alongside civic groups advocating for transparency and good governance. This role has strengthened my voice as a citizen and deepened my understanding of social responsibility. It’s a cause I continue to support because I believe that real change begins with informed and empowered individuals.
Before my career took a turn toward advocacy and administration, I was also once a national athlete. I proudly represented the Philippines in Pencak Silat, a Southeast Asian martial art. Competing in this sport instilled in me the values of discipline, perseverance, and respect—principles I carry into every aspect of my life. Unfortunately, due to a foot injury, I had to withdraw from training and future competitions. Though it was a difficult chapter, it shaped me into someone who knows how to adapt and push forward despite setbacks.
Today, I apply the same determination to my work as a virtual assistant, business owner, and support specialist. I take pride in offering high-quality support, managing operations, and helping others grow through efficiency, accountability, and compassion.
Whether it’s through defending values in law, standing up for transparency in governance, or representing the country in sports, I’ve always strived to contribute to something bigger than myself. I believe that success is not just measured by achievements but by the positive impact we leave on others.
