Hi! I’m someone who truly enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping things organized behind the scenes. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across customer service, dispatch coordination, content moderation, sales, and email support—and each role has helped me build a solid, well-rounded skill set.
- Dispatch customer service, I was responsible for scheduling technicians for appliance repairs, making sure jobs were prioritized based on urgency and location. I communicated directly with customers to keep them informed and comfortable throughout the process, while also coordinating with technicians and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly. It was a fast-paced role that taught me how to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
- Content Moderator for Facebook and Instagram, I reviewed user posts to make sure they followed the platform’s rules. It wasn’t always easy, but it gave me a sharp eye for detail and helped me think critically when making decisions. I worked closely with other moderators to make sure we handled everything fairly and consistently.
- Customer Service and Sales - I’ve learned how to connect with people, listen closely to their needs, and offer helpful solutions. Whether it’s answering a simple question or turning a frustrated customer into a happy one, I know how to stay patient, professional, and clear. I’ve also had experience with email support—responding to customer messages in a timely, friendly, and thoughtful way.
