I started my call center career at Sitel Philippines, I handle XM Satellite Radio, as a customer service representative we answer customers issue and inquiry on their satellite radio and do upselling on the later part of the call. Offering upgrade of their subscription and adding satellite radio on their homes and other vehicles. In Sitel i achieve a lot, being one of the Top agent overall including radio sales, that makes me recieve some certificates and awards.

In my second call center company APAC Customer Service, I started as a customer service representative with the same account which is now SiriusXM. After taking calls for couple of months i was ask to be one of the support for the new hires. They notice that i know the account very well. but since they are rampant to hire some new agents i was tasked to perform a demo as a product trainer. The following week i already have a class of trainees. Then after i handle some classes i applied as a Team Manager which i got.

May last call center company was Convergys Philippines i started here as a Team Manager for Samsung Australia, which we handle android mobile phones and tablets. This job i adjusted a lot because i came from customer service then transfer to a technical account. You have to self study to have a lot of knowledge on android phone and sometimes i ask some of my experienced agents for some information.
