Educational Philosophy
Driving the leadership team continues to condition my outlook – affording me ways in which I can truly impact the learning community and enfold the wider stakeholder community to focus on our value system. Increasingly, I find out that the transformational leadership model which I typify, drives the school improvement systems which I fulfil, innovate and have a penchant for. These actions invariably lead to valuable and decisive changes in which teaching, learning and social interaction evolve. In supporting colleagues, goading them to achieve personal and organizational goals and showing genuine interest in their professional growth; I find signals of trust, respect and loyalty which make the subtle influence we seek to have over our actors become a sustainable one. Interestingly this relationship which has elements of mentorship and coaching, positions them on the path to leadership.
