Since 2009 I have been in the Army National Guard as a Communications Support Specialist where I've learn not only leadership, teamwork, initiative taking, and strong work ethic skills but also many technical skills. This has included server troubleshooting and setting up networks.
Beginning in 2013 I started applying my technical skills to my civilian life. My first job was with Hewlett-Packard where I provided technician support for printer installations and later provided B2B remote server support.
In 2015 I had a temporary assignment with CompuCom remotely assisting technicians with installing Windows 10 in nationwide Wal-Mart stores.
Finally since the end of 2015 I've been a remote contractor for PC gaming client company Utomik. In the last 3 years I provided 1st and 2nd tier B2C help desk support, troubleshooting account issues, general inquiries about the client program, and troubleshooting any issues spanning the 750+ gaming library. I've also did software QA Testing for game integration while providing issue logs, replication logs, and researching these issues for troubleshooting that also fed into my 2nd tier help desk support.
