Hi this is Richard I'm a Customer Service Representative for roughly 7 years. I've been doing this for a long time and I've been part on a diff team as well. SME support who handle new agents to make sure that their knowledgeable to the product and process before endorsing to production. I've been part of RTA as well Real Time Analyst which we monitor all issue that impact service levels and take actions to resolve or reduce the impact. I handle diff LOB as well like Collection, sales, customer service and tech support. I do have experience as well in OUTBOUND call. In terms to talking to the customer it is not easy because they do have a diff personality and attitude but because of my experience doing this for a long time I can easily adjust and understand the things that need to address before providing the best solution to the customer.
