Ricca Joy Panaguiton

I am an experienced Team Leader who manages cross-functional teams with an Insurance Company.
I have advanced experience in management, training, admin support, customer service, and sales. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration. I've had a little work experience in handling logistics but have shifted to work in a BPO industry wherein I was able to advance more in my career. Over the past 7 years I have provided high-level support in a variety of industries across the US and Australia. Working in a BPO helped me become goal-oriented and very efficient in handling pressure.
In 2014 I had the opportunity to be trained in Texas, USA to support processes for Annuities. This achievement proved how exceptional my working abilities are.
