Through these years working as a UI Designer I have come to the conclusion that probably, only 10% of designers are 100% reliable and have self-management skills. Both of these characteristics are achieved only after years of experience and hard work sitting down with clients, project managers, developers, and all stake holders completing tight and realistic deadlines and actually feeling good about actually knowing how your work team works and how far you can go with teamwork.

I definitely make part of that 10%, because I have the experience and the maturity to take on a role that will
most definitely make me wear more than one hat at a time. I'm pretty sure that this is the kind of professional
that you are looking for, a natural born leader, someone that is goal oriented and always looking to positively
transform the team I'm working in.

I'm a dedicated, disciplined and a persistent person. I´m not a quitter, I´ve never been one and that is in my
opinion, my main strength.
