I am an IT Support and System Administrator with over 2 years of hands-on experience managing servers, websites, and cloud-based systems.

I started working in 2023, handling tasks such as server management, website deployment, and cloud configuration using AWS EC2, IIS, and CDN services. My responsibilities include setting up domains, configuring DNS, installing SSL certificates, and maintaining website performance.

My technical experience includes:

• Managing AWS EC2 instances and server environments
• Configuring domains, DNS (Cloudflare, DNSPod), and CDN services
• Installing SSL certificates (ZeroSSL, PFX)
• Managing websites using IIS and Kangle
• Uploading and updating files via FTP
• Troubleshooting server and website issues

In addition, I am currently developing my skills in GoHighLevel (GHL) by building funnels, forms, and automation workflows through hands-on practice and personal projects.

I am continuously improving my skills in system administration, cloud computing, and virtual assistance to provide reliable support to clients.
