I'm married with 4 kids. I've worked in the BPO industry for almost 5 yrs. I've a lot of experience in handling different types of customers. I have handled financial account like Morgan Stanley, satellite radio account SiriusXM and a medical insurance account - Humana. In 2015, I became a subject matter expert and assisted new hires on their first week in operations and became an assistant team lead after 6 months. I'm knowledgeable in doing reports when asked using ms office. I've been working homebased for more than 6 months now but I've worked as a phone, email, chat and text support for customers for a shopify stores and logistics company. I'm a fast learner and is willing to learn new task.
