Rhona is a mom of two, a loving and responsible wife whose main goal is to earn and provide additional income to the family using her skills in virtual assistance, customer service, and communications. She has over 4 years’ experience as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. She brings in an optimistic and headstrong personality to her work and any tasks given to her and has “can-do” attitude whenever given multiple or tedious tasks. She’s also well-acquainted with using all Microsoft office, Google products, and is very open to using customer service and admin tools preferred by clients as well.
