to a home-based job
I decided to switch to a home-based job to achieve better work-life balance and
spend more quality time with my family, while still being productive and focused in my
career. Working from home also allows me to save time and energy from commuting,
which I can redirect into delivering better results for the company. I've also found that
I thrive in a remote setup, where I can manage my time efficiently and stay motivated
in a comfortable environment.
