I worked with a BPO company for a domestic telecom account for 2 years as a customer service representative and few months for another International BPO company handling U.S based callers for medical insurance. My first work from home job is cold calling and appointment setting, calling establishments to ask for their hours ( like spa, beauty salon, automobile shop) and product prices for our website and setting appointment for spa customers. Just recently I worked with an Ai system company for almost 4 years and I've been appointed as PH Team Manager, handling scheduling, payroll, training and quality assurance checking.
