Rhea Mapula

Hi there, I am Rhea Mapula, 29 years old, a graduate of 2 year course which is Associate in Secretarial Sciences. I worked with a BPO company for a domestic telecom account for 2 years as a customer service representative and few months for another International BPO company handling U.S based callers for medical insurance. My first work from home job is cold calling and appointment setting, calling establishments to ask for their hours ( like spa, beauty salon, automobile shop) and product prices for our website and setting appointment for spa customers. Just recently I worked with an Ai system company for almost 4 years and I've been appointed as PH Team Manager, handling scheduling, payroll, training and quality assurance checking.  I also have background working as live chat and email support for a quite period of time using Zendesk and Shopify to check order status.

I have my personal laptop and reliable internet connection. I can work Fulltime depending on the need of your company and I'm flexible when it comes to shifting of schedules and also in rates. My willingness to learn can help me provide the best performance in your company.
