I have more than five years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing specifically in technical and customer service - assisting clients and customers in terms of technical, product, service and general enquiries.
I also have experience in being a virtual assistant doing administrative tasks. I was the client engagement assistant helping in reaching out to potential customers and doing education on events the company is organizing.
I have also handled claims in one of the companies I've worked for where I focused on lodging the claim being keen to the details the insured or customer is providing.
I am currently engaged in data research/mining and list building/verifying.
