Hi, my name is Rhadzmar, and I’m based in the Philippines.
I have a background in customer support, with hands-on experience assisting customers through live chat and troubleshooting technical issues—especially with devices like HP printers and account-related concerns such as profile recovery and security.
I completed my college education and have since been dedicated to roles that involve helping people solve problems quickly and efficiently. While I’m new to the virtual assistant industry, I’ve developed transferable skills over the past few years that make me well-prepared for this transition. These include communication, organization, multitasking, and handling customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
My aspiration is to grow as a Virtual Assistant by continuously learning new tools and systems, and eventually becoming a reliable long-term support for clients who need someone they can truly depend on.
