I have about 9 years of sales experience, with 7 years in sales leadership roles. Most of my career has been in fast growing startups, across various stages from seed, series a b c and IPO, mainly in SaaS, digital payments, fintech and B2B solutions.
I started my journey as sales at Pawoon, where I sold cloud-based SaaS B2B POS systems to SMEs market, I always hit the target that's why I was Promoted twice within 1.5 years: became Area Supervisor and then corporate Sales Manager led the enterprise sales team, securing deals with major clients like Bank Indonesia, Citilink, Pegadaian and etc.
Then I joined Fazz Group for B2B SaaS POS solution named POST to scale their merchant acquisition efforts nationally, building and leading a team from zero to 45 team member, launching GTM strategy, and growing monthly revenue from zero to hundreds of millions rupiah.
After that, at Bukalapak, I managed the B2B account team for virtual products, onboarded key partners, and achieved over 110% YoY growth it's about 1 trillion rupiah.
At Kredivo Group (Halokas), I focused on MSME sales, hiring and managing sales teams to expand adoption of digital payment and lending for small businesses.
Lastly, I lead business at Saji (part of AOS Greoup) B2B SaaS for restaurant, where I oversee sales, marketing, and product. My focus is scaling merchant acquisition and creating structured sales-marketing-product and monetization strategies.
