Reyniel Ferrer

I am Reyniel Ferrer from the Philippines. I would say that I am an introvert and a pet lover. People would describe me as a quiet and shy person, but I once you get to know me, I am a troll/prankster and can be annoying at times. I like playing video games and listening to music. I also cook my own meals and sometimes would experiment on new dishes.

In terms of work, I've been a player support specialist for a video game company for 4 years. I mostly handled account recovery and ban appeals. I've been passionate for the game and my colleagues would often ask me questions regarding the game work or non-work related. I've been one of the pioneering people in that account and I would say that I have helped the company a lot in terms of new stuff to add with the tools that we have or what to remove

I've also been a Customer Service Representative for World Remit for 4 months and got promoted to Operations Executive. I've been in the top 10 list during my time in the customer service team. As an Operations Executive, I've made various projects such as creating an article regarding the different classification of cancellations and how to change a correspondent from v1 to v2. I also helped my colleagues by creating a step-by-step procedure on how to set the notification on the website and mobile app using all 6 different languages faster and more efficient. I've also been very active on our communications channel (Slack) and would answer any inquiries as soon as I get them. I am a team player and I make sure that whatever updates that I receive, I would share them with the team. I have also leaded several team meetings and created fun yet informative PowerPoint presentations via Zoom.
