Customer service is my specialty. I have handled three accounts as a Customer Service Specialist, where I served as a frontliner for the company. Through this experience, I developed patience, empathy, and a strong sense of understanding toward customers. I believe that being patient and understanding helps build trust and enables me to provide the best possible service. I always strive to resolve customer concerns properly and accurately. Even in situations where I could not fully resolve an issue, my patience and empathy helped reduce customer frustration and maintain a positive interaction.
