Reylina Caliwag

My name is Reylina Caliwag, a 36-year-old professional residing in San Simon, Pampanga, Philippines. I hold an Associate Degree in Health Science Education from Lorma Colleges. While my academic background is in healthcare, the majority of my professional experience has been in operations, administration, and inventory management.

I began my career as an Inventory Auditor for a construction finishing material company. I was soon promoted to Administrative Officer, where I provided full administrative support to inventory auditors and consignment branches. I later advanced to Department Manager, overseeing 10 consignment branches and a team of 7 auditors.

During the pandemic, I was reassigned to the Pampanga branch due to travel restrictions and later appointed as Operations Manager in 2021, while continuing my role as Consignment Manager. In 2022, I was granted a Work-From-Home arrangement during my pregnancy, which allowed me to successfully manage both operational responsibilities and personal commitments.
