I'm currently the HR Director of a small software development company in the US. Below is my scope of work:
1. IT Recruitment - this includes job analysis, sourcing, interviewing, process management, coordination, job offer, and onboarding
2. Employee Relations - this includes policy making and execution, performance reviews, employee engagement
3. Leadership - as the HR Director, I regularly assess the needs of the company in relation to HR, plan and implement strategies that benefit the company as a whole
Since early last year, I've also led the creation of the company's marketing team. I helped spearhead the following strategies:
1. Inbound Marketing - content marketing, copywriting, blog
2. Outbound Marketing - lead generation, cold emailing, sales funnel
3. SEO & Analytics - audit and analysis, optimization, regular check-up
4. UI/UX Optimization - research, user flow analysis, ux writing, wireframing & mock-ups, front-end development
