I have almost 10 years experience in total when it comes to Customer Service and that includes both phone and online support. I handled and managed customer concerns by communicating with them through phone, email, chat, and writing KB articles that would help them resolve their concerns if they prefer to do it on their own.
I write marketing articles and product descriptions that give the customers clear understanding on what the product is, how it is used, and other important and relevant information about the product. I also create short reviews that would entice them to purchase the product. Managing keywords on the articles and descriptions I write is also a part of my task. I make sure relevant keywords are mentioned several times for effective SEO purposes.
My experience also includes writing technical articles. In this area, device testing and simulation are as well as software and website testing/QA are performed. Part of my job also includes mining and gathering data for reports and presentations.
