- Taking care of SOW, RFPs, Scope, budget and Schedule and deliver within the specified milestones.
- Ensure the UAT is the taken care on time before all the quality checks has been done such as mock testing, system testing, integration testing, end to end testing before we release the deliverable to the clients.
- Ad-hoc meetings set up with the team, clients as required for clarification of important/urgent clarifications.
- Making sure all the required approvals are received from the customer on time to time for design, milestone, acceptance criteria, financial, project sign offs.
- Led the team and ensure that the customer is always happy from the start till end of the project.
