Hi, I am Retheesh, working as a Project Manager for almost 14 yrs in IT Industry with 12+ yrs of experience as a Project Manager, worked in both Waterfall and Agile / Hybrid project methodologies. Great exposure as a Scrum Master and Project Manager roles. I have worked end to end project project manager role right from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and controlling and Closure of projects. • Setting up the KPI matrices like Burndown, Velocity chart, QA matrices, Planned Vs Actual, Defect tracking matrices, Daily progress pie chart.
• Remove daily impediments and tracking of Risk and Issue tracker.
• Weekly status reporting to the clients, organization senior management team.
• Monitor and close RAID as a part of day to day activities.
• Used daily progress tracking using JIRA, Asana, Trello, Excel, Base camp tools.
• Instant communication tools used for daily check-ins such as Slack, Teams, Skype etc
• Taken care of scrum meetings like Daily scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint demo, Sprint retrospective, Backlog refinement.
• Taking care of SOW, RFPs, Scope, budget and Schedule and deliver within the specified milestones.
• Ensure the UAT is the taken care on time before all the quality checks has been done such as mock testing, system testing, integration testing, end to end testing before we release the deliverable to the clients.
• Ad-hoc meetings set up with the team, clients as required for clarification of important/urgent clarifications.
• Making sure all the required approvals are received from the customer on time to time for design, milestone, acceptance criteria, financial, project sign offs.
• Led the team and ensure that the customer is always happy from the start till end of the project.
• As a part of success stories company has got continuous revenue by adding more new projects from the same customer.
