Ressika Epelu

Hi my name is Ressika. I worked in customer service for about 3 years at Ross Dress for Less. My duties included assisting customers with their purchases, locating items on the floor, answering phone calls in the fitting room, and stock. I also worked as a Medical Assistant for the past 7 years. My duties included taking patients vital signs, blood draw, phone calls which included scheduling appointments, answering questions and relaying any questions that I was not fit to answer to the provider and relaying it back to the patient within 24 hours. I enjoy the one-on-one conversations with patients and/or customers.

For the past 1 and a half I have been Freelancing, skills I have are transcribing and graphic designs and templates! It started when my friend asked for a logo for her bakery business back home in Hawaii. As I was working on it, I enjoyed it a lot! I like the challenges it brings! I enjoy bringing words of art to life, whether its personal or business.
