In my role as Office/Operations Manager for an importation company, I oversaw the entire import process from ordering goods from international vendors (Europe, USA, China) handling documentation and permit compliance to coordinating with brokers and ensuring timely delivery to our warehouse in the Philippines. I also managed local logistics including truck bookings and domestic freight while monitoring inventory, delivery schedules and shipment tracking.
I’ve handled purchasing and supplier communications, negotiated pricing and terms and coordinated with cross-functional teams to maintain a smooth flow of goods and services.
