· Encourage attention to Health, Safety, Security and Environment in other personnel.
· Provide operational support to the technical and operational teams at the Project office and at clients’ site
· Oversee and direct daily company operations processes and procedures
· Oversee and track Customer Satisfaction KPI’s
· Manage the organization’s procurement activities
· Maintain company inventories including PPE, ICT, General supplies etc and participate in the requisite audits
· Promote operational efficiency by analyzing and reassessing the organizations’ operations processes and initiate opportunities for improvement
· Provide support to Operations Director in human resource activities, general administration and best practice compliance
· Develop and foster working relationships with suppliers for goods and services.
· Support vendor and client pre-qualification processes
· Support Business Development activities (pre-qualifications, client registrations etc)
· Liaise with the Business Excellence Officer (BEO) and project team members to ensure quality control and assurance.
· Manage the company’s marketing and social media plans and be responsible for implementation, execution, and performance tracking of these activities
