I am Renalyn Laig. I am working in the BPO industry for 10+ years now. I started working as a Customer Service Representative at KGB. I took directory assistance calls from The US, The UK, and Southern Ireland. I stayed there for almost 4 years.
Next, I worked as Customer Support Officer for Data Processing of insurance policy at QBE. I communicate with underwriters and brokers for missing information or documents to complete an insurance policy. After more than a year I was promoted as QA for the process. I stayed at QBE for 2 years and 6 months.
Currently, I am working full-time as VaLex Escalations Officer for JLL Valuations & Advisory. I review VaLex residential jobs and coordinate with colleagues and clients to ensure that a valuation report is updated before the milestone deadline.
I am currently taking a Social Media Marketing class till April to become a Social Media Manager. My goal is to handle all the activities required to grow a brand online presence, to help leaders showcase their brand to the correct audience. I am knowledgeable in Google and MS Office Applications, Trello, Canva, and Clockify.
