I am Rejoi May Waban a naturally born Filipino, I am Married with 2 kids ages 9 and 4. Before I worked as a Store Manager in a local company selling gadgets and other communication stuff.

As I transition to home-based jobs I started my way in content writing, I was employed part-time at an Australian company as one of their ghostwriters. As I progress and learn new skills I became a Virtual Assistant to a US-based E-commerce company selling Dog and Cat Items.

My previous experiences as a Virtual Assistant involve:

*Product order fulfillment through Shopify and Amazon Central, this includes processing and fulfilling tracking numbers of every order, tracking delivery dates, Process order returns, and replacement.

*Provide good Customer Service through email, live chat, and Facebook messenger whether customer complaints, appreciation of the product, and customer inquiries.

*Social Media Management -(Facebook and Instagram) most of these I handle celebrities from the US by creating a scheduled post and also by managing our page. Create visual images for email and Facebook campaigns using CANVA and other editing tools, and post or share videos with other groups or pages to generate leads to our company's website or Facebook page.

*Email Management

*Data Entry and content Research (Updating the company's profit and loss spreadsheets and inventory reports) and other administrative tasks. 

I am experienced in using Asana, Slack, Grum, Canva, Google Docs, Drive, Gmail, and Dropbox.

I am an Honest Person, Reliable, Trustworthy, Flexible, Hardworking, and can work independently with minimal supervision, and God Fearing.
