I have been working in a BPO company for almost 9 years now. I previously worked as a Customer Service Representative who handles orders, claims and refunds, product query and order status from our customer in Asia and US. I am well-trained to work under pressure. I can work in a tight deadline and be able to finish the task assigned to me. I have a high passion for continuous learning. I love to learn and explore new things everyday. I can be a team member, who can contribute to the success of the team, but I can also work productively alone. I can work with a minimum supervision.
