I have worked in HR Dept of an Oil & Gas related EPC of CME&I company based in Oman where more than 8000 employees of 19 different nationalities were engaged. I have prepared so many MIS for management with various options for them to take some important decisions related to employees' and CTCs and other C&B related matters.
