I’m a Contract Management Engineer and Site Engineer with a well-rounded background in both office-based project controls and on-site construction supervision. Over the past few years, I’ve been involved in various infrastructure projects where I’ve handled everything from cost monitoring and variation orders to daily site coordination and technical reporting.
In the area of contract management, I’ve been responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, evaluating change orders, and ensuring that project costs and timelines stay within the agreed terms. I’m familiar with handling documentation for variation approvals, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and working closely with consultants and implementing agencies to secure timely approvals. I take pride in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that contract provisions are clearly followed throughout the project cycle.
On the site engineering side, I’ve worked directly on the ground—coordinating with contractors, conducting site inspections, and solving day-to-day issues to keep progress on track. I regularly monitor work activities, check that construction follows the plans and specs, and make sure safety and quality standards are always met. I also prepare site reports, assist with quantity verification, and help ensure that as-built drawings and documents are updated properly.
One of the things I value most is clear communication. I believe that working well with people—whether they’re in the office, on-site, or from other partner agencies—is essential to completing a project successfully. I’m comfortable handling both the technical and practical sides of engineering, and I try to stay adaptable to the needs of each project.
I’m proficient in tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MS Project and etc., which help me manage both documentation and scheduling efficiently. I’m also familiar with government procedures for billing, inspection, and final documentation, especially in coordination with DPWH or LGUs.
Overall, I bring a mix of technical knowledge, practical site experience, and a strong sense of responsibility to every project I work on. I’m always eager to learn and improve, and I’m committed to helping deliver projects that are not just on time and on budget—but also well-executed and built to last.
