I'm an undergraduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I completed three years in my Bachelor's Degree. I've been a customer service representative since 2012. My most recent employer was Convergys, where I handled a healthcare insurance account, I spoke with healthcare professionals and gave them an update about a claim of a patient and patient’s plan including their benefits and eligibility.Prior to Convergys, I worked for VXI where I handled a telecommunication account and spoke with customers regarding their bills and if they are upgrading their services. I also do up selling in every call. My first company was Startek, where I also handled a telecommunication account and talked to customers who are switching their services to us. I am the one doing the third party verification of the customer.I am very knowledgeable with Google Products, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. I can deal with customer inquiries pretty well. I am very flexible and I can work with minimal supervision. Since I'm very passionate in learning new things and doing my job I believe that our collaboration will be a great help for your business.
