With over nine years of experience in e-commerce and content, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the industry. My tenure at Firstcry.com, Asia's leading kids and baby shopping portal, provided me with extensive knowledge in managing the end-to-end e-commerce ecosystem. As Assistant Manager - Catalog, I successfully led a team of 13 members and oversaw various critical functions, including warehouse operations, sourcing, collaboration with product and tech teams, comprehensive testing, and merchandising. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in category restructuring, user feedback analysis, and catalog management, ensuring the consistent delivery of up-to-date and relevant product offerings.

After leaving Firstcry in February 2022, I briefly joined Meolaa.com as a content specialist in Bangalore, where I honed my skills in content creation for blogs, social media, and websites. However, for personal reasons, I had to leave the position after two months and return to Pune.

Subsequently, I joined Zygal.io in October 2022 as a content writer within the marketing team. Zygal.io is a SaaS-based product organization specializing in e-surveillance. I crafted compelling marketing collateral in this role, including website content, social media campaigns, brochures, and more. Seeking to enhance my skills further, I am pursuing online product management studies at the esteemed Indian School of Business (ISB) while taking a break from my professional endeavors.
