Hi! My name is Redjie Mai Magbanua, I am a former Shift Supervisor for 2 years and been on the Hospitality Industry for seven years.
In my previous role, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and motivating a team, handling customer service issues, and ensuring everything ran smoothly especially during high-pressure times like peak hours. I’ve also coordinated schedules, handled inventory, delegated tasks, and kept both customers and team members happy and engaged.
While this experience was in a fast-paced retail setting, the core skills I developed are highly transferable. I’ve mastered time management, multitasking, and clear, professional communication while staying organized and solution-focused. I’m very comfortable with technology, whether it’s using point-of-sale systems, digital scheduling tools, or communicating effectively with both team members and upper management via email, chat, and reports.
I also used softwares like Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Sheets to keep in track of sales reports, inventory management and data entry. Most importantly, I know how to anticipate needs, stay proactive, and support a team or individual to make their day run more smoothly which aligns to the position that I am applying for.
I’m excited to bring my service mindset, adaptability, and behind-the-scenes efficiency to a remote role, and I look forward to supporting clients with the same care and professionalism I’ve brought to every shift.
